As we were just rounding the turn on the ninth hole it stated down pooring. So we got to the club house as fast as we could, after waiting for 20 minutes we then asked for a rain check, for the 9 holes we did not get to finsh. They said QUOTE "we do not give rain checks until they close the course". Even though there course was flooding from the rain! After having a heated disscusion with the employee at the counter & the manager & wathching many other pissed off people storm out the door I gave up. After another 30 minutes of waiting they said we could go back out & finish. It just amazed me to see that they did not care about the people that payed good money to play there course. All they cared about was that they have your money & they are going to keep it! Never in my life have I seen such a disreguard for customer service. So to you people at Jamaica Run I say only this "KISS MY ASS"!
